We accept PayID, bank transfer, and PayPal. PayID and bank transfer are fee free. PayPal supports instant payment, and any PayPal processing fee is shown at checkout. Payment must be cleared in full before an order is dispatched.

Some banks may withhold PayID payments to new payees for up to 24 hours. Please wait 24 hours after submitting payment, then contact us at support@aussiepeptides.au with a screenshot of your payment so we can investigate.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If you have not paid yet and need to change your order, simply place a new order with the correct items in your cart and pay for the correct order only. We will cancel the incorrect unpaid order or orders for you.

No. We are not registered for GST as we are not required to be, so GST is not charged on any orders. As a result we are unable to provide a tax invoice, but we can provide a receipt upon request.

Yes — we accommodate bulk orders for research institutions and laboratories. Pricing is discussed on a per-order basis depending on compound and quantity. Please contact us to discuss custom bulk discount pricing.

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Australia, please check back in the future as we plan to expand our delivery zones.

In-stock orders placed before 12.00pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are eligible for same business day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following business day. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.

All peptides are sourced from GMP-certified facilities and independently tested to ≥99% purity by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry at an accredited third-party laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering purity and identity is published for every batch and can be downloaded from our CoA Library.

Yes. A CoA is available for every batch we stock. You can request the CoA for your specific product by contacting us with your order number. We are committed to full transparency regarding compound quality.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, solutions should be kept at 4 °C and used within a short timeframe. Detailed storage instructions are provided on each product page.

We recommend reconstituting lyophilized peptides using bacteriostatic water. Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening. Add the solvent slowly down the side of the vial and gently swirl — do not shake vigorously. Specific reconstitution guidance can be provided by our team upon request.

No. None of the compounds sold by Aussie Peptides are approved for human or veterinary consumption. They have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any equivalent authority for therapeutic use. They are strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes only.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos and we will assess your case.

Please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and email us at support@aussiepeptides.au within 7 days. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
